As difficult , as it may seems, these generation does not give a hoot about who you are, until you have proven yourself and given them reasons to beam their lights on you.

They are certainly not afraid to voice their opinions even if all the hairs on your head are grey, all they want to know is if you are bringing anything to the table, if you are credible enough to stand by words and pull your weight.
