According to report the unnamed person in the video has been on the ocean for over four hours before being found by MV Omenma crew who were on their from a project.
“This happened at Forcados Offshore, Delta State. His speedboat capsized at 1200Hrs on that day…so he managed to use his fuel tank for buoyancy while drifting.
“A vessel named MV Omenma was making way after a project, & she sighted him afar at about 1625Hrs for rescue.
