Condolences Pour in for Super Eagles Goalkeeper Who loses Mother, Two Months after Father’s Demise.

Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has announced the passing of his mother on New Year day
The 28-year-old took to his X handle, writing: “Rest in peace mom, worst year of my life already,” with a crying and heartbreak emoji.
The cause of her death remains unknown to the public.
Nigerians and football fans worldwide have sympathized with the shot-stopper. A Nigerian football fan, @rootedinthegame, shared his condolences:
“Sorry for the loss, Senior Man. Our condolences. May God comfort you and your family in this grieving period.”

A Fulham supporter, @FJD_FFC, also sent his best wishes:
“Best wishes to you and your family 💔🙏.”

An Arsenal fan from Uganda, @Reyex49, shared Nwabali’s grief:
“If you haven’t lost your mom, you won’t know how he’s feeling right now. May her soul rest in peace 🙏.”

Meanwhile, @mcbenjaminchukw offered a message of positivity:
“It is not the worst year of your life, bro. You should be happy that she enjoyed what God has blessed you with before her departure. Take heart, bro, and be strong.”

The Nigerian lost his father two months ago while representing the Super Eagles at the AFCON Qualifiers. The loss of his two parents in a shot while came as a shock and really had effects as he expres his sadness on X “A very very crazy world indeed 🕯💔”.

Condolences continue to pour in for Nigeria’s number-one shot-stopper as he mourns his mother.
