Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus is suspected to have suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. The forward was stretchered off in the 40th minute during Arsenal’s FA Cup third-round loss to Manchester United on Sunday.
Arsenal’s head coach expressed concerns over the situation, saying, “It’s not looking good at all, but we need to review with the specialist and will have more information this afternoon. I don’t want to confirm anything until we have the final report. We were very worried straight after the game, and we remain very worried today.”
The Brazilian just picked form scoring six goals in his last seven matches in all competitions.
The Gunners are six points behind Liverpool and with the fixtures coming fast they might have to go into the transfer market,as they’re left with very little attacking options.
