Nigerian midfielder Ngozi Okobi has signed with Canadian side Ottawa Rapids FC, reports Pooja Media. The 31-year-old returns to football after the birth of her child
Okobi has won four Women’s Africa Cup of Nations titles with Nigeria and has appeared twice at the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Ottawa Rapids FC announced Okobi’s signing on their official Instagram handle: “Join us in welcoming Ngozi Okobi-Oke to Ottawa! Played in 2 World Cups with the Nigeria women’s national team.
