Salome Adaidu Friend Calls for Justice Says Beheaded Girl Was Not Gospel Singer’s Girlfriend.

In a new twist, a lady on X known as Ugbede revealed that her deceased friend Salome Adaidu was not gospel singer’s girlfriend, says the deceased was kidnapped.
On the Sunday 12th January, a gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi a native of Kogi State was caught with a severed female head near a church in Abuja.
The suspect was alleged to have been carrying the head in a bag which drew attention from other people who accosted him before police took over and arrested him.
Other dismembered parts of the deceased’s body were alleged to be have been recovered later in his home.
The deceased was identified as a member of the National Youth Service Corps who was serving in the federal capital, Abuja.
The suspect had stated that the 24-year-old victim was his girlfriend, however Ugbede refuted the statement on X social media platform stating: “AND SHE WAS NEVER HIS GIRLFRIEND. ELE WAS KIDNAPPED.
“HIS GAMES AND LIES IS TO DRAW THE PUBLICS REMORSE. AND IS WISH THIS PAIN ON ANYBODY WHO FEELS ANY REMORSE FOR HIM.”
The bereaved friend went on to reveal the relationship between her and the deceased stating that Adaidu’s father was her dad’s best friend.
Ajayi when speaking to the media without remorse had said he didn’t regret killing his alleged girlfriend.
Ugbede had asked if justice will truly prevail in the country.
