Crystal Palace has completed the signing of Chelsea and England defender Ben Chilwell on loan until the end of the season, with no buy option included.

The club announced his arrival on their official X handle, unveiling him in a photo where he is seen sitting on a chair and clapping his hands.

Expressing his excitement about the move, Chilwell stated:

“I’m very excited to be here. Crystal Palace is a club that’s going in a great direction. You look at the last few months, with the results and how the team’s playing, and it was a no-brainer to make the decision to come here.”

The England international has only made one appearance this season for his parent club, Chelsea. He will be hoping to gain valuable game time at Selhurst Park and make an impression in a bid to reclaim his spot in the England squad.
