Hamas assembled a stage to display the caskets of an elderly man, a young mother, and two small children whom were kidnapped on October 7 and in a statement to the family of the deceased said:

“We would have preferred for your sons to return to you alive, but your army’s leaders and government chose to kill them rather than bring them back.

“They also killed 17881 Palestinian children in their criminal bombardment of Gaza. We know you understand who is truly responsible for their deaths.

“You have been victims of a leadership that does not care for its own people.” Hamas to the bibas and Lifshitz family

The caskets of Oded Lifshitz, , who was a journalist and peace activist that helped found Kibbutz Nir Oz, dedicated his life to helping others and transporting sick Gazans to Israeli hospitals. He was abducted from his home on Oct 7 and killed in Gaza.

The Bibas family: Shiri Bibas, Ariel Bibas (5), and Kfir Bibas (1) were kidnapped alongside their mother at 4-year-old and 9-month-old respectively. Their caskets were paraded across a stage with Hamas cheering.

And in a shocking twist Hamas returned the four hostages’ bodies in locked coffins, handed over the keys to the Red Cross, When Israel tried to open the coffins, the keys did not work.
