51-year-oldNigerian rapper Michael Stephens popularly known as Ruggedman has revealed why he is not married yet and does not have any children.

In an interview with TVC ‘Your View’, the award-winning artist expressed some uncertainty about his decision, wondering if it was the right or wrong choice. He said the decision was made intentionally at a young age

In his words: “I am not married and do not have a child yet. When I was much younger, I vowed never to have a child out of wedlock.”

However, he emphasised the importance of finding the right partner and building a strong relationship.

He stated that having and raising a child only works when the parenting parties are in love with themselves. “You have to do it with someone you love.”
