Kai Havertz Ruled Out for the Season with Hamstring Injury

Kai Havertz has suffered an injury that will rule him out for the remainder of the season. The German reportedly tore his hamstring during Arsenal’s training camp in Dubai. According to David Ornstein, it remains unclear whether the 25-year-old will require surgery, but the focus is now on his recovery ahead of the 2025/2026 season.

The injury comes as a major blow for Arsenal, as Havertz has been one of the club’s most important players this season. He has featured in 32 matches across all competitions, contributing to 18 goals.

Mikel Arteta’s side faces a difficult challenge in his absence, especially with their forward line already plagued by injuries. Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, and Gabriel Jesus are all currently sidelined.

With the Gunners already eliminated from both domestic cup competitions, their only remaining hopes for silverware lie in the Premier League and Champions League. Arsenal currently sit six points behind league leaders Liverpool, having played a game more.
