Defending champions Rangers International failed to secure a win, playing out a goalless draw against Bayelsa United. This result leaves them 13 points behind league leaders Remo Stars.

Shooting Stars continue to pile pressure on Remo Stars with a 1-0 win over Bendel Insurance. They are now eight points behind the leaders, with a game in hand.
