In Lagos, Ikorodu City hosted Plateau United in a match that saw Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, in attendance. Chelle was presented with an Ikorodu City jersey before kickoff. The home side fought back from a goal down to secure all three points, thanks to goals from Malik Olatunji and Tosin Oyedokun. With this win, Ikorodu City is now just one point off the top three.
