1. Avoid going outside doing strenuous exercise during the hottest time of the day
2. Stay under a shade or use an umbrella
3. Use electric fans when possible
4. Wear bright and loose fitted clothes
5. Take cool showers
6. Drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day
7. Never leave children inside m vehicles
8. Avoid direct exposure to the sun
9. Spend 2-3 hours in a cool place
10. During the day when the heat high, close your windows to block direct sunlight from causing more heat.
