Brazilian Utility Player Matheus Cunha Agrees Five-Year Deal to Join Manchester United

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Matheus Cunha has agreed to join Manchester United.

The Red Devils are set to trigger Cunha’s £62.5 million release clause, with the fee to be paid in installments. The Brazilian will sign a five-year contract valid until June 30, 2030, with an option to extend for an additional year.

Cunha is expected to feature as one of the two number 10s in Rúben Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 system, bringing fluidity and creativity to the squad through his excellent passing ability and intelligent link-up play.

The 25-year-old will wear the iconic number 10 shirt, which has been worn by Marcus Rashford in recent seasons. This decision suggests that Amorim does not have Rashford in his plans, and the England international must find a new club this summer.
