The official draw for the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2025™ has been completed, with 48 nations set to participate in this year’s edition — the largest in the tournament’s history. The competition will be hosted in Qatar from 3 to 27 November.
This marks a significant milestone for the youth tournament, which has long served as a launchpad for some of football’s brightest talents. Stars like Victor Osimhen, Kelechi Iheanacho, Paris Brunner, Anderson, Daniel Addo, and Cesc Fàbregas all rose to prominence through the U-17 stage.
Notably, 10 African nations will feature in this expanded edition, underlining the continent’s growing influence at youth level.
