The governor of Lagos state Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Thursday celebrated the second year of active service of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

Sanwo-Olu who threw his weight behind another term for Tinubu in a post on his official X handle wrote: “as we mark the second anniversary of his administration, I extend my warm congratulations to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his dedication and commitment to rebuilding and repositioning our nation.

“Two years ago, Nigerians entrusted you with a mandate rooted in hope, vision, and the promise of renewal. Since then, you have embraced the demands of office with courage and determination, making difficult but necessary decisions in the interest of long-term national development.

“Over the past two years, we have witnessed bold actions, foundational reforms, and a focused effort to deliver on the Renewed Hope Agenda. Leadership is never without challenges, but meaningful progress is being made.
