HON. (PRINCE) AKIOLU CONGRATULATES LAGOS STATE ON IT’S 58TH ANNIVERSARY, COMMENDS PAST AND PRESENT LEADERS FOR TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT

The Member representing Lagos Island Federal Constituency II and Chairman of the House Committee on Anti-corruption, Honorable (Prince) Kayode Moshood Akiolu, extends his warmest congratulations to the indigenes, residents, and the government of Lagos State as the state marks it’s 58th Anniversary.

In his goodwill message, Hon. (Prince) Akiolu acknowledged the visionary leadership and enduring legacy of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, whose foundational policies and developmental strides as Governor of Lagos State from 1999 laid the bedrock for the state’s remarkable progress. He commended the President for his foresight, which continues to inspire sustainable growth and prosperity in Lagos.

The lawmaker also expressed deep appreciation to all past administrators and the present government under the leadership of Governor Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu for their relentless commitment to serving the people, unlocking the state’s vast potentials, and positioning Lagos as a beacon of excellence in Nigeria and beyond. He lauded their efforts in driving infrastructural advancements, economic empowerment, and social reforms that have elevated the state’s global standing.

Hon. (Prince) Akiolu emphasized his optimism for greater milestones, impactful policies, and sustainable development initiatives that will further enhance the lives of Lagosians.
