Racism: Elon Musk Claim South Africa Refuses To Grant Starlink Operating License Because He Is Not Black

Starlink is a satellite internet constellation that provided international telecommunications services owned by Elon Musk.

Musk claimed South Africa has passed 142 laws that forces discrimination against the white skin Africanas

The Institute of Race Relations lists 142 laws mentioning race, mostly post-1994 equity measures like affirmative action, aiming to address apartheid’s legacy, not discriminate against non-black people.

Starlink’s licensing issues likely stem from non-compliance with B-BBEE’s 30% black ownership rule, not Musk’s race, as regulators say no license was applied for.

Musk had posted via “Gorklon Rust”,  a temporary name adopted he Elon Musk on the social media platform X

His post read: “South Africa has now passed 142 laws forcing discrimination against anyone who is not black!

“Even though I was born in South Africa, the government will not grant @Starlink a license to operate simply because I am not black.

“This is a shameful disgrace to the legacy of the great Nelson Mandela who sought to have all races treated equally in South Africa.”
