Manchester United winger, Alejandro Garnacho has hit out at manager Ruben Amorim after his team lost the Europa League Champions to Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.

Speaking to Argentine media after the final, Garnacho expressed discontentment with Amorim’s selection decision.

He wondered why the coach played him for only 20 minutes against Tottenham, despite helping Man United in every round of the competition until they reached the final.

 “It is tough for everyone. This season was bad. Losing the final now and not beating anyone in the league,” Garnacho said after the game as quoted by Metro UK.

“There were a lot of things missing – when you don’t score goals, you always need more at the end.

“I played every round until we reached the final, I helped the team, and to play twenty minutes today… I don’t know.

 “The final, the season, the whole situation of the club… I will try to enjoy the summer and then we will see what happens”. He stated
