Pakistan’s National Assembly passes a strong resolution condemning Israeli aggression against the Brotherly Islamic Republic of Iran. It backs Iran’s right to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter and calls the June 13 strikes a grave violation of int’l law.

“The aggression constitutes a flagrant violation of Article 4, Clause 2, of the United Nations Charter. “Responding to aggression is Iran’s legal and legitimate right under Article 51 of the UN Charter.”

Israel justified its June 13, 2025, strike on Iran as self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter, claiming Iran’s nuclear program posed an imminent threat.
