Manchester United produced a dominant display in difficult conditions to beat Bournemouth 4-1 in a pre-season friendly at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Rasmus Hojlund set the tone with his early header, Patrick Dorgu contributed a goal and an assist, demonstrating his defensive and attacking skills during the match

Amad Diallo made it three in the second half before Ethan Williams came on to make it four, to seal a commanding win for the Reds

Dorgu on his goal and match played relayed: “It was good that the team gave a good performance to the fans. Pre-season is helping everyone to understand Ruben’s ideas even more.

“Good ball from Mase, I got a bit lucky with the finish but it went in, that’s what matters!”

The club football manager Reuben Amorim expressed joy at the players’ performances, in his words: “I don’t know what is going to happen until the market is closed.

“I’m really happy with the players that we had last season. They are improving. We look like a different team today. Let’s continue with that.”
