England forward Marcus Rashford, has joined Barcelona on loan from Manchester United, with an option to make the move permanent next summer.

The 27-year-old, who will wear Thierry Henry’s famous No14 says the move is the ‘perfect fit’, claiming he had ‘wanted to join Barcelona since January.

“Barcelona is a club where people’s dreams come true. What the club represents also means a lot to me. I feel at home, and this is an important factor in my choice. I feel like I’m joining a family.

“One of the reasons I’m here is also because of my conversation with Hansi Flick. He’s a great coach who has succeeded with Barcelona. We want to do even better than last season.” He stated further
