Netizens Discuss Moral Values And Decadence In The Society As A S.S.1 Nigerian Student Bought A Mercedes Benz While The Dad Query His Source

In a viral video Nigerian SS1 student (around 15) bought a Mercedes Benz, with his dad demanding he return it due to shady sources, his voice can be heard in the background, insisting he return the car while friends egg him on to keep it.

This has generated controversial debates while some clearly stated that some of the problems in the country is not from the administrative heads rather from the basic morals given to children at home and the roles parents play in encouraging or discouraging their children from running after illegal source of money.

While some says the father’s grievance is probably because he is poor and can’t afford such and would rather remain poor even when the child’s too young and his income is questionable.

Some of the older age group cited instances their fathers rejected money given to them, asking questions and in some cases rejecting it not because it’s illegal but because the parent felt the money is of more use to the givers than the receivers.
