Tesla China has revealed on their Weibo account that they will be launching an all-new longer Model Y L in the country this Autumn. This longer Model Y is expected to be more of a true 3-row SUV.

The Model Y L aims to cater to families needing more space, with an estimated price around RMB 400,000, or approximately $60,000 in the U.S. market.

Key enhancements include:

• 6 seats

• 7″ longer than the current Model Y

• New wheels

• New seats

• New light gold exterior paint color

• Modified rear/C-pillar design

• New spoiler

 a modified rear design for increased headroom

a rear spoiler

 light gold paint option.

Tesla says it will launch this Autumn.
