The Eswatini government has assured citizens that five prisoners from the US, convicted of serious crimes and originally from Vietnam, Jamaica, Laos, Cuba, and Yemen pose no security threat.

This is coming after Department of Homeland Security on Wednesday revealed on X that it has removed five convicted “criminal illegal aliens are so uniquely barbaric that their home countries refused to take them back,” from the U.S. soil.

This has caused uproar from the third world citizens especially from their south African neighbours who bordered it on the north, west, and south while Mozambique shared its east side.

However, in a press statement released by the Acting Government Spokesperson—AGS–, Thabile Mdluli affirmed that the arrival of five third-country deportees from the United States of America poses no security threat to the Nation.

Mdluli said the “deportees are on transit and will be repatriated to their respective countries” but while a guest of the state they “are housed in Correctional facilities within isolated units, where similar offenders are kept.”

The AGS statement read : “This exercise is the result of months of robust high-level engagements between the US Government & Eswatini.

“The two Governments will collaborate with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to facilitate the transit of these inmates to their countries of origin.

“The engagements considered every avenue, including rigorous risk assessments and careful consideration for the safety and security of citizens.

 “The Kingdom of Eswatini and the United States of America have enjoyed fruitful bilateral relations spanning over five decades. As such, every agreement entered into is done with meticulous care and consideration, putting the interests of both nations at the forefront.

“As a responsible member of the global community, the Kingdom of Eswatini adheres to international agreements and diplomatic protocols regarding the repatriation of individuals, ensuring that due process and respect for human rights is followed.”

On board were egregious criminal illegal aliens, including three convicted murderers and a convicted child rapist. Nationalities: Vietnam, Jamaica, Laos, & Cuba.
