xAI has disabled Grok, deleted a slew of its anti-Semitic and neo-Nazi posts, posted a statement, and are evidently rolling back the prompt that made it identify as “MechaHitler,” and while under some requests, gave step by step details on how to break into a home and rape a victim.

Grok announced in a statement: “We are aware of recent posts made by Grok and are actively working to remove the inappropriate posts.

“Since being made aware of the content, xAI has taken action to ban hate speech before Grok posts on X.

“xAI is training only truth-seeking and thanks to the millions of users on X, we are able to quickly identify and update the model where training could be improved.” It added.

These incidents led to public outcry prompting xAI to take immediate action removing the offensive content, and initiating measures to prevent future occurrences of hate speech.
