AC Milan have reached an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen for the signing of Nigeria international Victor Boniface.
The 23-year-old forward will join the Italian club on loan, with a non-mandatory buy option. The deal includes a €5 million loan fee and a €24 million option to buy.
Boniface is expected to undergo medical tests soon, with an official announcement likely to come by Monday or Tuesday.
During his time at Bayer Leverkusen, Boniface made 61 appearances, scoring 32 goals and providing 12 assists. He played a key role in the club’s historic treble-winning campaign, lifting the Bundesliga title, DFB-Pokal, and the German Super Cup.
