Ademola Lookman Removes Atalanta From His Bio, Wants To Leave Immediately

Atalanta have rejected a €42 million bid plus €3 million in add-ons from Inter Milan for Ademola Lookman. The club is holding out for more than €50 million, but Inter are unwilling to meet that valuation.

Lookman has reportedly asked Atalanta to accept the offer, as he is keen on making the move to Inter. According to sources close to the player, there was a gentleman’s agreement last summer that the club would allow him to leave if a good offer came in—one of the key reasons he stayed last season.

Feeling betrayed, the Nigerian international has removed all references to Atalanta from his Instagram bio. He has also deleted all photos related to the club, including those celebrating their UEFA Europa League victory, and has unfollowed Atalanta on the platform.

The current African Player of the Year has sent a strong and clear message: he wants to leave the club.
