Ethan Nwaneri has signed a new five-year contract with Arsenal Football Club, keeping him at the North London club until the summer of 2030.
Nwaneri has been with Arsenal since the age of eight and has become an integral part of the club. The midfielder became the youngest player to feature for Arsenal’s first team in 2022 at just 15 years and 181 days old. He is also the third youngest player to score three goals in the Premier League, after Michael Owen and Wayne Rooney.
On signing his contract, Nwaneri expressed his commitment to Arsenal’s project, saying: “Signing this contract means everything to me. I see this as my first real season in senior men’s football, as part of the squad in the changing room. I’m so excited about what I can bring to the team. I want to help us win as much as possible and bring happiness and glory to the club. This is where I feel at home.”
