Rabuka has had productive talks with Modi, finalizing several agreements aimed at benefiting businesses and organizations across Fiji.
This is coming amid rising Indo-Pacific tensions and China’s expanding influence, they emphasized defense partnerships, regional stability, and countering terrorism.
Rabuka addressed US tariffs on Indian goods, expressing confidence in India’s resilience and introducing his “Ocean of Peace” vision for global respect of Pacific sovereignty.
India and Fiji share a rich tapestry of history, culture and cooperation.
