Manchester City have informed Tottenham Hotspur that Savinho is not for sale. Spurs submitted an offer worth €70 million for the Brazilian winger, but the bid was immediately rejected by City.
Just a week ago, it appeared Savinho was on his way to Tottenham, with Manchester City reportedly targeting Rodrygo as his replacement. However, with the Real Madrid forward fully committed to staying at the Bernabéu, City opted to retain Savinho.
Since returning from his loan spell at Girona last season, Savinho has become an important figure for Pep Guardiola’s side. The 20-year-old has featured in 48 matches, scoring three goals and providing 11 assists for the Premier League champions.
