SP Benjamin Hundeyin: “At about 8:40pm on August 21, 2025, Umar Biliaminu was caught while carting away barbed wire on a perimeter fence in Iju area of Lagos State.

“He injured one of the people trying to apprehend him with a scissors. This prompted mob action on him.

“Patrol officers from Iju Police Division raced to the scene and rescued him. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend those behind this barbaric act of jungle justice.

“Say NO to jungle justice!”
