Governor Abdullahi Sule has invited President Bola Tinubu to commission a newly built 6,000 metric tons lithium processing plant in Edo, Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, which the president accepted.

He extended the invitation to President Tinubu on Wednesday during a visit to the State House, Abuja, where they held a closed-door meeting.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mallam Ibrahim Addra, made this known in a statement on Facebook.

Addra also revealed that other issues of development were also discussed during the meeting, including the request for additional support to expand the Jangwa/Agwatashi Rice Project.
