Konstantin Galich, a 32-year-old prominent crypto trader and co-founder of Cryptology exchange known as Kostya Kudo, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a Lamborghini Urus in Kyiv’s Obolonsky district on Friday morning.
Authorities discovered a registered firearm nearby, following Galich’s farewell messages to loved ones about financial distress and depression after a 20% cryptocurrency market plunge triggered by over $1 billion in liquidations.
Police have classified the death as suicide but are continuing investigations.
