Here’s a simple recipe: Ingredients: 4-5 sliced potatoes, 1 lb ground beef, 1 diced onion, 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese, 2-3 tomato slices, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 2 tbsp oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook onion and beef in oil until browned, add tomatoes, sauce, and seasonings.
Layer potatoes in a greased dish, add beef mixture, top with cheese and tomato slices.
