Tech billionaire Elon Musk in a post said that people who falsely call someone a “Nazi” or “fascist” should be charged with Incitement to Murder, he called out against false labelling quoting reports linking such terms to recent attacks.
These included the September 10 sniper killing of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University, where the suspect engraved bullets with anti-fascist messages, and the D.C. incident where Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal allegedly shot Guardsmen amid deployments for city unrest.
Musk’s view prompted divided responses, with conservatives voicing support and others raising free speech concerns amid ongoing investigations.
