Germany are headed to the World Cup after hammering Slovakia 6-0 in their decisive showdown on Monday in Leipzig, with Julian Nagelsmann, the team secured qualification for the 2026 World Cup.
Goals came from Nick Woltemade, who netted his fourth goal his last three games for Germany, Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sané (twice), Ridle Baku, and 19-year-old debutant Assan Ouédraogo, taking him only 102 seconds into the game, avenging an earlier defeat and placing Germany atop their qualifying group.
