Dr. Chinonso Egemba, known as Aproko Doctor, documented the dilapidated state of a Primary Health Centre—PHC– in Enugu State, showing overgrown bushes, crumbling walls, and absent equipment like oxygen cylinders.
“When a child has a fever or a neighbour collapses, this Primary Healthcare Centre in Enugu is the only place this community can run to. But the PHC looks quiet, like an old building left behind.
“See, this is not just about wanting better. It’s time for us to get involved, because healthcare is everybody’s responsibility. It’s time to #KnowYourPHC.” He advocated
He initiated the #KnowYourPHC campaign to urge Nigerians to visit and advocate for their local facilities amid ongoing neglect.
