41-year-old Grammy award winning singer Katy Perry, recently posted a series of affectionate photos and videos of her relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Japan on Instagram.

“Tokyo times on tour and more,” she captioned the post.

The images offer a glimpse into what appears to be a close and playful dynamic.

In one photo, the ‘Roar’ hitmaker and the 53-year-old politician pose cheek-to-cheek, smiling warmly at the camera. Another video shows Perry trying the Japanese delicacy as a beaming Trudeau watches on.

The pop star, fresh from her divorce with Orlando Bloom with whom she has a daughter, tagged Trudeau in the Instagram carousel after months of rumors from Montreal dinners and Paris hand-holding.

Trudeau, who left office as Canada’s prime minister in January 2025, separated from his wife of 18 years Sophie Grégoire Trudeau in 2023.
