SENATE SACKS SHEHU BUBA UMAR AS CHAIRMAN NATIONAL SECURITY The Senate has finally removed Senator Shehu Buba Umar, (APC Bauchi), as Chairman Senate Committee on National Security. Senator Umar has been on the radar of the U.S Intelligence agencies over links with terrorists organization operating in Nigeria. Umar has a long history of sponsoring bandits and terrorists to Mecca for pilgrimage. His removal now paves the way for a thorough investigations of how politicians encourages and protect terrorism in the country while benefiting from it.
