Fenerbahçe have reached a personal agreement with Ademola Lookman, with negotiations over the transfer fee now entering a decisive phase.

According to Yağız Sabuncuoğlu     , the gap between Fenerbahçe and Atalanta has been reduced to €5 million following intense talks. Atalanta initially demanded €45 million, but Fenerbahçe’s strong negotiations have brought the asking price down to €40 million.

Official discussions between the clubs began on Thursday, January 29, 2026, when Fenerbahçe Football Sporting Director Devin Özek met with an Atalanta executive to explore the conditions of a potential deal.
