Manchester United To Stick With Darren Fletcher As Caretaker

Sky Sports reports that it is unlikely Michael Carrick and Ole Gunnar Solskjær will work together at Manchester United, as the club prefers to take a patient approach.

According to Rob Dorsett, caretaker manager Darren Fletcher is expected to lead the team against Brighton after impressing during his first outing. Fletcher previously took charge in the 2-2 draw against Burnley on January 7.

Manchester United have been without a permanent manager since Ruben Amorim was sacked on Monday, January 5, and the club plans to wait until the end of the season before appointing a full-time replacement.
