Sky Sports reports that it is unlikely Michael Carrick and Ole Gunnar Solskjær will work together at Manchester United, as the club prefers to take a patient approach.
According to Rob Dorsett, caretaker manager Darren Fletcher is expected to lead the team against Brighton after impressing during his first outing. Fletcher previously took charge in the 2-2 draw against Burnley on January 7.
Manchester United have been without a permanent manager since Ruben Amorim was sacked on Monday, January 5, and the club plans to wait until the end of the season before appointing a full-time replacement.
