Norwegian foreign affair minister Espen Barth Eide, in a post on X announces $400 million support to Ukraine.
This is coming after European Union seek €800 billion over the next decade, for the waring nation.
Espen Barth Eide posted; “Today, I announce that Norway will allocate $400 million to support Ukraine’s urgent needs this winter.
“Homes must be heated, meals prepared, children educated, civil servants paid, and health care kept running.”
