West Ham United Complete Signing Of Adama Traoré From Fulham

West Ham United have confirmed the signing of winger Adama Traoré from Fulham in a deal worth up to £2 million. The contract runs until the end of the season, with an option to extend for an additional year.

Traoré expressed his excitement at joining the Hammers:

“I’m so happy to be here, so happy to help the team the maximum I can and show my quality. My mentality is always to do better. It’s always to improve as a player, to help the team as much as I can, and I always say, if I’m the same person as yesterday, it’s one day lost.

I love the challenges. Of course, we have to go game by game, and this is what we’re going to do trying to do our best. I believe we’re going to achieve what we’re looking for.”

West Ham head coach Nuno Espírito Santo, who previously worked with Traoré at Wolverhampton Wanderers, welcomed the signing: he had been keen to bring Traoré to the club since the start of the transfer window, citing their previous success together at Wolves.
