Barcelona Ready to Trigger €30m Marcus Rashford Purchase Clause Pending FFP Approval

FC Barcelona are prepared to activate the €30 million buy option for Marcus Rashford after reaching an agreement with Manchester United F.C.. The proposed structure would see the fee paid in three annual instalments of €10 million, although the deal remains subject to LaLiga Financial Fair Play approval, according to @mundodeportivo.

Rashford joined Barcelona on July 23, 2025, on a season-long loan, with the Catalan club covering 100% of his salary after he agreed to a temporary wage reduction to complete the move.

Since arriving, the England international has become a key figure under head coach Hansi Flick, operating mainly as a left winger while also offering an alternative option through the middle.

In total, Rashford has recorded 10 goals and 13 assists in 34 appearances across all competitions. In La Liga, he has produced 4 goals and 7 assists in 21 matches, while contributing 5 goals and 3 assists in the Champions League.
