Stanley Nwabali Parts Ways With Chippa United

Stanley Nwabali has reached an agreement with Chippa United to part ways with the club and is now officially available as a free agent.

Chippa United confirmed the development, stating:

“Chippa United Football Club confirms that Stanley Nwabali has formally submitted a request to depart the club. After careful consideration, the club has agreed to grant his release.

We would like to sincerely thank Stanley Nwabali for the years of service, commitment, and professionalism he has shown during his time at Chippa United Football Club. His contribution to the club will always be appreciated. The club wishes Stanley every success in the next chapter of his career and in all his future endeavours.”

Reports indicate that Chippa United were previously demanding R6.8 million from Simba SC for Nwabali just a few weeks ago. However, head coach Steve Barker was not keen on the move, particularly with the goalkeeper having only six months left on his contract.

With  Nwabali submitting a formal request to leave and the club granting his release, he is officially free to join any club on his own terms .
