Jamie Vardy Set To Leave Cremonese After Relegation

Jamie Vardy is set to leave Cremonese this summer as a free agent following the club’s relegation from Serie A.

The 39-year-old striker is now preparing for a new chapter in his career after a difficult season in Italy that ended with Cremonese dropping out of the top flight.

Vardy made 27 appearances in the 2025–26 Serie A campaign, scoring 6 goals in his debut season in Italian football.

He joined Cremonese in 2025 after leaving Leicester City, where he became a club legend over a remarkable spell that saw him score 200 goals in more than 500 appearances and win multiple major honours, including the Premier League title.

Despite the relegation, Vardy is expected to consider offers from several clubs as he looks to continue his playing career.
