Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko : We have concluded our work at the Ukraine Recovery Conference #URC2026 in Gdańsk.
A total of 160 agreements worth more than €10 billion were signed this year — the result of the daily work of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the team of all Ukrainian negotiators.
Key outcomes:
🔸 €3.2 billion — the first tranche under Ukraine Support Loan, the EU’s new financial instrument for Ukraine;
🔸 $3.4 billion — a new agreement with the World Bank;
🔸 launch of the European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine;
🔸 establishment of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund;
🔸 €140 million for housing programmes;
🔸 an agreement with the EIB to restore and protect roads in frontline regions;
🔸 new partnerships in the defence industry and energy sectors.
