Kenyan diplomat Dr. Monica Juma, has served 3 presidents as the National Security Advisor, resumes as New Director General at the United Nations Vienna to combat Drugs.
Dr. Juma currently serves as Executive Director at the UNODC and director general of the United Nations Office at Vienna and resumes office
She has previously served as National Security Advisor to President William Ruto and served as the Cabinet Secretary for Defence in the cabinet of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
