The winner came in the 71st minute from William Fish, sending Cardiff through to the next round.

The standout performer of the match was Joel Bagan, who starred at left-back for Cardiff. The 22-year-old was influential in both attack and defense, completing 50 passes, including seven into the final third, creating three chances, and providing a crucial assist for the winner.

Defensively, Bagan was solid, making a key clearance off the line and recovering possession twice. His aerial presence was also notable, winning 100% of his aerial duels and showcasing his physical strength and reliability at the back.
